Custom Engagements
Refund terms for custom work are agreed in writing as part of each engagement before any payment is made. If we fail to deliver what was agreed, you are entitled to a remedy as set out in that agreement.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available if: (a) the APK was successfully delivered and downloaded, (b) the issue was caused by the website you submitted being inaccessible or incompatible, (c) you changed your mind after a successful build, or (d) your account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations.

How to Request a Refund
Contact us via the Contact Us form on this site, selecting "Other" as the reason. Include the details of your engagement. We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
